Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning reputed company vacations including theme parks, cruises, resorts, and more.

• Provide expert advice on packages, dining plans, park tickets, and itineraries.

• Maintain strong knowledge of reputed company destinations, policies, and promotions.

• Communicate with clients reputed company phone, email, and chat to provide world-class service.

• Manage bookings, modifications, and follow-up communications.

• Stay updated on training materials and certifications provided by reputed company and the agency.

Requirements

• Strong passion and knowledge of reputed company products and experiences.

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Compensation
