Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and dedicated Evening Teachers/Floater to join reputed company of educators. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Activities and Communicate Effectively: Actively supervise activities, provide regular communication with children, parents, and fellow staff members, and maintain open lines of communication to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Classroom: Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and sanitized at reputed company times, promoting a healthy and safe environment for children and staff.

Position Hours and Additional Roles for Floaters

Approximate work hours are 2:30/3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with duties including working with children during the shift and ensuring the classroom is clean, organized, and sanitized at the end of the day. As a floater, you'll be assigned to different classrooms based on daily needs and will follow the lesson plans created by other teachers. Flexibility is key, as floaters may need to improvise and adapt activities based on the children's needs on any given day.

Qualifications and Skills

We're looking for individuals who possess a strong passion for education, a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment, and a willingness to learn and grow. While previous experience working with children in a teaching, caregiving, or instructional reputed company is preferred, it's not required.
