The Role: Driving reputed company and Growth

As the reputed company & Account Manager for US clients, you will be the linchpin in ensuring that our customers reputed company their objectives through our platform. This role is a unique opportunity to grow in a collaborative, digital environment structured around two main pillars: Guidance and Advice to our Customers, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Guidance and Advice:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with project managers and sponsors across various departments.

• Project Management:

• Mastery of basic planning standards (Gantt, etc.) and High Touch portfolio management.
• Proficiency in new technologies, SaaS, and digital transformation.
• Adept in internal communication, social networks, and community management.
• Strong service orientation with analytical and synthesis skills.
