As a Customer Care Intake Representative I, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, processing new orders, and facilitating communication between customers, reputed company-party payers, and other stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance eligibility verification, deductibles, and coinsurance, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, handle incoming faxes, and triage inquiries to ensure that the appropriate person receives the call.
• Communicate with clients to provide personalized information reputed company to their insurance qualifications, coverage, deductibles, and financial responsibility.
• Process new orders intake, including full and accurate insurance verifications and gross margin checks.
• Request, collect, and review order documents, such as Certificate of Medical Necessity (CMN), Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), and chart notes.
• Facilitate communication between customers, reputed company-party payers, distributors, doctors, nurses, case managers, and other stakeholders to complete the customer's initial order.
• Communicate with MSAMs/ISRs on the status of an order and upload order files as needed.
• Collect and process payments for out-of-pocket amounts prior to product shipment.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in calculating deductibles and coinsurance for primary and secondary policies.
• A background in reputed company, Medicare, and Private Insurance.
