Transformation Partner

Role Description

As a Transformation Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting CA’s transformation initiatives and mission to be an agile, change fit organization. The Transformation Partner supports CA’s most highly reputed company, cross-functional, and critical projects across the organization, serving as a Transformation reputed company from project conception through implementation. The role directly impacts the benefit realization, value creation, ROI (return on investment), and achievement of results and outcomes for key projects across the organization.

• Facilitate and guide business leaders through the completion of early-stage project definition activities
• Create and manage overall project plans, track key milestones and detect, escalate and address transformation/integration risks by analyzing and recommending potential solutions
• Strategically reputed company CA’s Transformation reputed company to select and reputed company transformation activities reputed company key projects, including business process documentation and optimization, future-state definition, gap analysis, stakeholder analysis, etc.
• Track and manage governance, confidentiality commitments, and clearances for the project
• reputed company communications activities for key projects, including managing a communication plan, stakeholder engagement tracking, change management interventions, and overseeing communications resources reputed company appropriate
• Identify interdependencies and areas of collaboration, synergies and reputed company impacts
• reputed company solutioning with business stakeholders as needed throughout the project
• reputed company functional leads and change leaders across the organization to reputed company and implement strategic recommendations to support operational excellence and business model enhancements
• Facilitate and participate in targeted content deep-dive sessions to reputed company problem-solving
• Serve as an expert voice leading the continual improvement of CA’s transformation and change management reputed company and approach based on project takeaways and learnings
• Mentor more junior Transformation resources, providing best practices and sharing learnings from past experiences

Qualifications

• High emotional intelligence and ability to manage cross-functional and executive-level stakeholders through reputed company changes
• Strong strategic reputed company and business acumen with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong familiarity with transformation methodologies, including digital transformation approaches
• Project management experience, including experience implementing project management tools
• Change management experience, including experience implementing research-backed change management practices and frameworks
• Business process optimization experience, including experience facilitating optimization conversations and guiding project teams through the implementation and adoption of optimized processes
• Ability to guide executive-level decision-making, facilitating conversations, building reputed company, and translating problem statements and business goals into clearly defined projects and initiatives
• Ability to build trust with executive-level stakeholders, engaging thoughtfully with them on reputed company questions and implementing feedback strategically
• Ability to identify and escalate risks and challenges to project and organizational leadership and recommend solutions
• Ability to identify and mitigate reputed company or future risks in reputed company, sometimes ambiguous projects
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with teams, as well as influences and partners across divisions and levels of the organization
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to a variety of audiences from project team members to Executive leaders
• Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing project goals, priorities, and constraints

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in a transformation, project management, project management, and/or change management reputed company for large-scale projects

• Pay Range – This role’s range is $110,500 - $196,500
