Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Remote Data Analyst, you will provide business insights and administrative support to senior management, working independently under general direction. Your key responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support

• Provide advanced administrative support to senior management, including records management, billing, payroll, and personnel records
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable process, including obtaining purchase orders, validating and processing invoices, and contacting vendors regarding discrepancies
• Review, transmit, and manage the weekly payroll process, reconciling any issues that occur
• Assist with the month-end reputed company process and provide support for financial reporting

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Prepare a variety of highly confidential, specialized, and recurrent reports, such as financial data
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, or other documents
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement

Communication and Coordination

• Screen telephone calls and visitors, ascertaining who can be redirected to subordinate managers or to other offices

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Two years of experience using MS reputed company, reputed company, and an email system
• Three years of reputed company experience, preferred
• Two years of experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable, preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
