Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of compliance risk assessments of business activities for assigned areas of responsibility.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing role (e.g., internal audit, compliance monitoring), OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing role.
• At least 2 years of experience developing metrics, analyzing data, and converting it into actionable insights to identify potential risk areas or trends.
• Experience working with data analytics tools and processes.
• At least 1 year of direct management, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• At least 5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing role.
