About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service to our cardholders. You'll handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and build strong relationships with our clients and customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Authorize sales and resolve customer complaints, working collaboratively with colleagues to reputed company shared goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Essential Qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent military experience.
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet.
- Must be 18 years old or older, with legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and provide fingerprints as part of the selection process.

- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of consumer financial services or banking industry.
