About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Forklift Operator to join reputed company on a full-time, remote basis. As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and goods reputed company our warehouse. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting the forklift before use to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Loading and unloading materials and goods onto and off trucks, trailers, or storage areas using the forklift.
• Maintaining inventory records and reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Ensuring that the forklift is always operated in a safe and responsible manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Reporting any forklift malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.
• Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of forklift experience and/or using warehouse distribution equipment.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to successfully pass internal Forklift Certification Training and demonstrate safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak or hear.
• The employee may frequently stand on their feet.
• The employee is regularly required to lift and move up to 50lbs.
• Occasionally the employee may need to lift up to 65lbs – should this be the case, employees should engage in team lifting and/or use the provided equipment to safely lift.
