Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company telephone and/or Internet (reputed company message, email). You will handle customer inquiries, resolve support issues, and escalate more reputed company product-reputed company issues to appropriate departments. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
