We are looking for 5+ BSAs with at least 5+ years of IT experience and ERP experience, preferrable reputed company. An ideal BSA candidate will have reputed company Human Capital Management (HCM) platform experience. We will consider BSAs with other ERP experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking BSAs with ERP implementations experience. An ideal candidate will have reputed company experience. These BSAs are being brought on to optimize our reputed company Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring reputed company modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and data reputed company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements
• Configure and optimize reputed company modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent Management)
• reputed company and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business insights
• reputed company system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for updates and enhancements
• Support reputed company implementations and integrations with other systems
