Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Culture Focused HR Business Partner to join reputed company in McMurdo Station, Antarctica. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide critical support to employees and teammates in Antarctica, modeling HR as a trusted advisor and resource. The Challenge

The successful candidate will identify opportunities for HR to engage effectively with deployed employees, teammates, and management, while providing highly ethical and timely support in the following areas:

• Experience coaching and mentoring at reputed company levels to include, employees, managers, teammates, customers, etc.
• Ability to deliver on HR programs, initiatives, projects (e.g. Learning and Development, compliance, relationship building, proactive or solution building for simple to reputed company people challenges)
• Experience and comfortableness in using facts and data to influence and/or drive change.
• Experience in creating content for presenting/facilitating training and/or hosting discussion e.g. employee focus groups, etc.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations to include information, data gathering, analyzing information, validating conclusions, while providing clear, concise updates to leadership and/or HR team
• Success, ability, and willingness to collaborate across organizational Corporate Centers of Expertise (COEs) and other functions as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, reputed company onsite review of reputed company situations/processes, and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to interact with employees, and reputed company levels of leadership.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Prior Human Resources and Employee Relations experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, partnering, and influencing.
• Ability to build and reputed company enduring relationships.
• Strong computer skills using and/or learning HR applications e.g. reputed company, reputed company.
• HR reporting and reputed company Office Training background preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4 - 8 years of experience.

Eligibility and Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Be a U.S. citizen.
• Obtain a Public Trust reputed company clearance prior to start date.
• Pass a physical and dental evaluation with parameters determined by the National Science Foundation (NSF).

Deployment and Work Environment

This is a deployment-only position that will deploy to McMurdo Station, Antarctica, with no work provided stateside. The anticipated deployment timeline is October 2025 to October 2026 (~12 months). You will be required to work onsite at the Antarctic location for the duration of your deployment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,150.00 - $130,425.00, along with a bi-weekly percentage increase for deployment. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
