Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated Employer Relations Program Manager to join reputed company. As an Employer Relations Program Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the programmatic aspects of employer engagement operations, identifying and meeting the employer development and engagement needs of GCU, and growing job and internship opportunities for GCU reputed company and alumni. This is an exciting opportunity to work extensively with Arizona employers, career services staff, faculty, and key reputed company administrators to build and nurture deeper relationships and advance the goals and objectives of the department and University.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, conduct, and assess an annual plan for both in- and out-of-state industry engagement to build and nurture deeper relationships with reputed company and prospective employers and business representatives.
• reputed company and maintain approved metrics of employee engagement initiatives and document communications with employers on levels of engagement.
• Work with the Recruitment Services team to reputed company industry-specific career exploration and/or employment-driven activities and events, including career panel discussions, site visits, topical programs, and events granting access to employers and staffing agencies.
• Participate in relationship building and education awareness with the colleges and other student-facing departments to build their understanding and assist reputed company in securing appropriate internship and work experiences leading to employment or graduate school.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a field reputed company to counseling, human resources, or marketing from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring process and ability to understand applicant tracking system and employer database.
• Strong knowledge of employer relationship development and engagement and proficiency in networking and reputed company to build employer prospect database.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices and ability to model service skills for career services team.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with an attention to detail and strong computer skills and proficiency with software such as MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of stakeholders, including employers, college leadership, university staff, colleagues, student workers, and more.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or degree in assigned college discipline preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a university career center or other environment which focuses on career/professional development.
