Job Overview

As the Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap and driving the reputed company of our client's HR Tech products. You will reputed company release planning, collaborate with Agile development teams, and establish operational processes for the Product Backlog. Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of departmental operational management and collaborate with leadership to create operational plans alongside Technology leadership colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in product management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of direct team management. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience is essential.
