About the Role

The IT Operations Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with IT staff and business clients to reputed company, update, and document operations processes. You'll translate high-level requirements into functional specifications for new operations tools and manage changes to such specifications. This role will work closely with development organizations throughout the project lifecycle to validate expectations, complete operations project tasks, and prepare the operations staff for new implementations.

Key Responsibilities
