HR Director
HR Director is responsible for overseeing HR operations, leading employee relations, designing talent management strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Director will also work closely with leadership team to align HR practices with the company goals. He will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including reputed company, training, and managing employee relations.
Responsibilities:

Skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reputed company Resources or reputed company field
At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
