Key Responsibilities:

• AI Governance reputed company Development: Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive AI governance frameworks, development of guardrails for risk mitigations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• reputed company Expertise: Design and reputed company AI solutions using leading frameworks such as reputed company, LangGraph, and reputed company for scalable agent orchestration, workflow automation, and integration with business systems
• Observability and Monitoring: Architect and reputed company observability solutions for AI systems, leveraging leading platforms , and AWS services to reputed company reputed company-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and performance optimization.
• Popular AI Governance Tools: Utilize and integrate advanced AI and Data governance tools (e.g., LangSmith, reputed company Purview, Weights & Biases, reputed company) to automate policy enforcement, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
• Agentic AI Integration: reputed company and operationalize agentic AI governance models, enabling adherence to ethical, legal, and operational constraints while maintaining reputed company reputed company.
• Model Context Protocol (MCP): Implement and manage MCP-based solutions for secure, scalable, and context-aware AI model integration and lifecycle management.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams including DevOps engineers, risk, legal, and compliance to embed governance into the AI lifecycle and drive responsible innovation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Key skills; GenAI, AWS, Python
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI governance, observability, data/AI development, or reputed company role.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing AI governance frameworks.
• Strong experience with observability platforms and AI governance tools.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and modern reputed company/data technologies (AWS, Client preferred).
• Good working experience developing and integrating AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, including reputed company engineering, RAG, and reputed company application integration .
• Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future. U.S. FinTech does not offer H-1B sponsorship for this position.
• Deep understanding of AI governance principles, observability, and monitoring best practices.
• Expertise in deploying and managing AI governance tools for policy automation, risk detection, and compliance.
• Proficiency in agentic AI, MCP, and scalable AI/data architectures.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, reputed company, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate reputed company technical and regulatory requirements into actionable governance strategies.
