We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and systems-savvy Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our finance team. This crucial role focuses on scaling core financial operations in a high-growth environment, primarily by leading and optimizing procurement, vendor management, and corporate travel functions.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can take ownership of reputed company challenges and build processes for efficiency and control. We are looking for an individual who can act as the "architect" of an organization's financial processes, bridging the gap between high-level strategic financial planning and day-to-day execution.
What you'll do:reputed company the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle, from requisition to payment, by implementing and managing P2P systems to automate workflows and ensure compliance. Create and reputed company competitive bidding cycles (RFQs, RFPs) and manage the procure-to-pay process, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment for goods and services. What you'll need: 6+ years of progressive financial operations or accounting experience, including time in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments. Strong understanding of financial principles and hands-on experience managing procure-to-pay processes, vendor relationships, and corporate travel programs. Proficiency with financial systems and tools such as QuickBooks, Brex, reputed company, and reputed company. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with a track record of driving process optimization and implementing financial technology solutions. Experience with multi-entity operations or international business is a plus. Takes ownership, communicates clearly, and brings a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
