About the Role

Provide the Category & Shopper Insights and Analytics team support to identify opportunities for the Strategic Accounts Team to achieve plan and grow TWE Brands

Key Responsibilities

• Using key selling points for new item presentations including account specific insights
• Identify and report sales and shopper trends to provide actionable growth strategies and new opportunities
• Develop key brand selling stories based on market data/performance
• Prepare monthly performance review decks
• Support account reviews and sales calls with Circana market sales based selling stories and brand positioning
• Collect and analyze sales data, market and category trends, panel data from various sources (VIP, Circana, Kroger Advanced Insights)
• Create sales presentations to communicate sales/shopper performance data and analytics for customer meetings, such as new item reviews and one-pager snapshots
• Optimize tools, data visualization tools, and other analytic platforms to gather and analyze data
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure alignment and achievement of Sales goals

About you

• You hold a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related, MBA a plus
• You have previous professional experience in Sales Analysis/Shopper Insights
• You have a strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to analyze multiple sources of data, and recommend actions based on the analysis required
• You are proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools (Nielsen as well as Circana databases)
• You have excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities without supervision
• Time management and self-sufficiency with supporting multiple customers and/or competing deadlines
• Must be able to travel as needed

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $84,000 to $96,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range.
