Provides safe, accurate and efficient patient care, including but not limited to: patient assessment, review of labs and vital signs, medication safety, dose verification, and drug administration. Follows reputed company Job Breakdown Instructions (JBIs) associated with role. Provides triage care reputed company necessary. Safely and accurately administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, supportive care, and non-oncologic agents to patients as ordered by providers. Will use Oncology Nurse’s Society (ONS) standards and guidelines. Accurate and safe disposal of biohazardous waste, per OSHA and NIOSH guidelines. Responsible for new and ongoing patient education, continual patient assessment, and support. Documentation: Thorough, accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) of treatment rendered to patients. Ensure appropriate charges are captured by following guidelines for appropriate administration of reputed company medications and activities. Will follow proper patient identification per JBI for reputed company patient encounters. Teaching: reputed company patients and caregivers about medications, reputed company effects and planned treatment course. Interact with patient and family in a caring, professional manner. Telephone triage: Includes prioritizing incoming calls and messages from patients, family members, hospitals, nursing facilities, pharmacies, and physician offices from emergent to non-urgent. Must respond accordingly in an appropriate time frame. Supplies: Includes assisting with inventory and re-stocking medical supplies, recommend purchase of new items as needed. reputed company stock in storage areas in a timely manner. Complete annual required safety and nursing trainings. Education

Certifications/Licenses

• Unencumbered RN License in state of employment or multi-state license

• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations as needed

Previous Experience (including minimum years of experience)

• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital setting
• Ability to assess patient needs and condition is essential. Must have strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. reputed company in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills is required.

Travel:  

Standard Core Workdays/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required, and weekend shifts based reputed company hours and operational needs.
