Description

reputed company is seeking multiple, Fully Remote, Instructional Systems Designers to support the U.S. Army Hardware-in-the-reputed company (HWIL) and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development contract to reputed company, and evaluate distributed learning solutions, including storyboards and scenario-based instruction.

NOTE: This position is 100% Remote / Work from Home.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze training needs and reputed company solutions by identifying training requirements and creating tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• reputed company both asynchronous and synchronous instructional materials suitable for reputed company and distributed learning environments.
• reputed company detailed development, testing, and maintenance of course materials or courseware.
• Work with reputed company, SMEs, and multimedia developers to design, reputed company, and evaluate distributed learning solutions, including storyboards and scenario-based instruction.
• Advise customers on innovative training solutions and curriculum development to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Monitor project reputed company, assess and manage risks, report on KPIs, and maintain documentation, while serving as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Level I: Bachelor's and three (3)+ years of reputed company experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• OR
• Level II: Bachelor's and six (6)+ years of reputed company experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience with curriculum design/development and learning solutions.
• Experience using instructional design models such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) OR Successive Approximation Model (SAM).
• Knowledge and understanding of reputed company's Taxonomy.
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience collecting, compiling, analyzing and synthesizing learner/customer feedback.

• Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret reputed company 60 days of hire with ability to obtain a full Secret Clearance.
