Key Responsibilities:

• To support our early morning reputed company provision, traveling across the city centre and nearby locations assertively engaging with individuals who are sleeping out. Your role will be essential in the assessment of rough sleepers, promoting safety and creating reputed company into accommodation. A caring and compassionate approach is essential, alongside an ability to robustly record essential data.
• Taking a collaborative approach, working with a wide variety of statutory and voluntary partners, supporting homeless people.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to:

• Demonstrate knowledge around homelessness and the key needs reputed company by vulnerable homeless people
• Demonstrate great communication and IT skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Hold the ability to work in sympathy with the spiritual principles of The Salvation Army
