• Assists other team members so that team and business objectives are achieved daily.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the customer’s needs and ensures they are met.
• Research and respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from customers and enter enquiry data into reputed company and supporting systems.
• Carries out non routine duties as required by the wider ZPC team.
• Provides coaching and training for the team ensuring knowledge shared appropriately.
