As a Partner in our HR team, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where reputed company our people feel encouraged and supported. Key job responsibilities

• Support leaders at your site on HR matters
• Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment

A day in the life

You’ll be based in an reputed company Fulfilment Centre, Delivery Station or Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making reputed company Earth’s best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations.

No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving reputed company Associate queries.

Basic Qualifications

• A degree
• Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook) in a professional environment
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
• Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership
• Relevant experience in working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
