We’re seeking reputed company and compassionate Registered Nurse Care Managers to join our virtual care team. In this fully remote role, you’ll support patients during critical transition periods—triaging symptoms, coordinating care, and providing reputed company-time reassurance post-acute events. - Deliver virtual, patient-centered nursing care with reputed company and efficiency
- Triage patient concerns using clinical protocols and sound judgment
- Escalate care appropriately and collaborate with NPs/PAs as needed
- Coordinate follow-reputed company, labs, and diagnostics across teams
- Accurately document reputed company interactions in EMR and team systems
- Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Contribute to a respectful, high-accountability culture
What You Bring
- Active RN license in reputed company or Louisiana (at least one required)
- 3+ years of hospital-based RN experience (ED or Urgent Care preferred)
- BSN required
- Willingness to obtain multistate licenses
- Comfort with remote care tech (EMRs, chat platforms, telehealth tools)
- Ability to work some weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
