Assists in the management and integration of the activities and resources of the department locations. Identifies implements and executes process improvement initiatives in line with dashboard targets. Monitors, communicates and implements action plans as needed, based on results of employee, clinician and patient satisfaction surveys. Consistently and effectively implements and monitors policies, workflows, competency and training. Provides direct patient care per their license and scope of practice. - RN-Registered Nurse of California

- Completion of SMF orientation: Basic Skills Assessment, Epic and IDX course work and competency assessment.

- Demonstrate skills in delegation, leadership and team reputed company.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the performance standards of other team members.
- Completion of department specific orientation.
- Computer skills, including Epic, Intelliden and IDX.
