Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience (Not Required): B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. Experience with SIEM and SOAR tools. Experience with reputed company detection and response (EDR) tools. Experience with browser session handling, cookie handling, HTTP response codes, HTTP verbs (GET, PUT, HEAD, POST) Experience with reputed company service edge products, hands-on experience with reputed company products (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, ZDX) is a plus. Other Requirements: Ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional nights and weekends. Ability to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
