Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$39.00*
*The actual hourly reputed company will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications...

21 years of age or older. Valid, state-issued driver’s license. No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs reputed company the last three (3) years. No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle. No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor reputed company Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle. No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor reputed company Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle. Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification at a minimum of a 90 day card.
