Role

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our cross-functional UX team reputed company a global pharmaceutical organization. This role is ideal for an reputed company researcher who thrives on thoughtfully planning and executing high-impact research, translating reputed company findings into actionable insights, and driving user-centered decision-making in reputed company and life sciences.

This role will partner closely with designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to uncover user needs, validate design hypotheses, and improve digital experiences across our suite of internal and customer-facing platforms.

• Design and execute end-to-end research studies with minimal reputed company, including discovery sessions, usability tests, in-depth interviews, field studies, diary studies, and surveys.
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
