Job Description Summary

We’re looking for a skilled, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our reputed company Employee Benefits (TEB) team. In this role, you’ll reputed company the day-to-day administration of reputed company voluntary insurance benefit plans, working closely with clients, agents, and internal partners. You’ll be a key reputed company of contact, resolving issues, leading discussions, and delivering exceptional service that strengthens relationships and drives client retention.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, agents, and brokers, building trust and driving satisfaction across reputed company aspects of plan administration.

  • reputed company calls with agents, clients, and enrollment vendors to review account details, discuss plan offerings, and troubleshoot service-reputed company issues.

  • Research reputed company service inquiries by gathering data across multiple systems and identifying practical, client-focused solutions.

  • Address and resolve billing discrepancies, new business issues, and reenrollment challenges at both the employee and client level.

  • Collaborate with service vendors and internal teams to ensure service level agreements are met and exceeded.

  • Educate agents, clients, and internal stakeholders on product features, administration processes, and available technology/portals.

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and recommend system or workflow enhancements.

  • Mentor new Account Managers and support team members with non-standard issues.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives, representing the voice of the client and the Account Management team.

  • Coordinate with Marketing to deliver branded materials and resources that support client engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent combination of education/experience

  • Five years of insurance or client relationship experience

  • Customer service, relationship management or research reputed company experience in a corporate environment.

  • Broad experience in client relationship management or extensive knowledge of voluntary benefits

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to address client needs and provide education

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn software applications

  • Ability to work independently and reputed company resources to complete assignments

  • Advanced proficiency using reputed company Office products (e.g., Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)

The Salary for this position generally ranges between$69,000 - $90,000annually.Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
