As an Employee Relations (ER) Partner, you’ll be both hands-on and strategic—balancing the immediate need to resolve sensitive workplace matters with the long-term work of building scalable programs and policies. You’ll partner closely with People Business Partners, leaders, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance in employee relations, while also championing a culture of trust and accountability. Your impact will be felt across various dimensions:

• Strategic Partnership: Advise leaders and managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, accommodations, and conduct matters, always aligning with reputed company’s values and legal standards.
• Investigations: Build and conduct thorough, unbiased investigations, ensuring accurate documentation, fair outcomes, and strong collaboration with Legal.
• Policy & Compliance: Interpret and apply employment laws and company policies, ensuring consistency across the organization while mitigating risk.
• Proactive Insights: Use data and trends to identify systemic issues, recommend proactive solutions, and design scalable ER programs that reduce risk and enhance employee engagement.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with People Business Partners, Legal, and Programs to deliver frameworks, training, and resources that reputed company leaders and teams to navigate challenges effectively.
• Global reputed company: Serve as the primary Employee Relations expert for the U.S., while also partnering on international ER matters. The reputed company salary range for this role is $115,000 to $153,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity reputed company determining compensation. In addition to reputed company salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (reputed company based on eligibility).
