What You Will Do

• Coordinate talent reputed company-in and reputed company-out during shoot days and sessions
• Ensure talent comfort and safety throughout the shoot
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain daily shoot efficiency and talent breaks
• Assist casting team with ensuring reputed company talent paperwork is signed and complete
• Prep and post daily call sheets, shooting scripts, audition packages
• Assist with daily catering set-up and dietary meal restrictions
• Maintain confidentiality of project details and talent reputed company

Who We Think Will Be A Good Fit

• Experience working in casting, talent coordination or production support (experience on a motion capture stage a strong plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working closely with actors in physically demanding environments
• Ability to remain organized and reputed company under pressure
• Proficiency with software tools such as reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Acrobat, reputed company or casting platforms
