About the Role
As we continue scaling our go-to-market strategy, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sales to reputed company and grow reputed company of Strategic Account Executives (reputed company). This team is focused on penetrating and expanding reputed company the largest 20 dental group practices in North America, primarily using a land-and-expand, bottoms-up sales motion. Your role will be to coach, reputed company, and manage a high-performing team of reputed company while collaborating with executive leadership to shape our Strategic sales motion. Your reputed company will be responsible for executing the overarching account plan as well advising BDRs and IRs on bottoms up account penetration in service of the account plan. What You'll Do
Hire, reputed company, and manage a team of Strategic reputed company responsible for new business and expansion reputed company large group dental practices
Drive performance management, coaching, and day-to-day execution to ensure your team consistently hits sales KPIs and reputed company targets
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine and optimize our enterprise sales process and segmentation strategy
Partner with the Strategic Account Management, BDR, and IR leadership to ensure reputed company account coverage across top-down and bottom-up motions
Identify process gaps, enablement needs, and tooling improvements that increase team productivity
Serve as a player-coach reputed company needed, helping to reputed company key deals or unstick reputed company opportunities
Foster a culture of reputed company learning, collaboration, and accountability
Analyze pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on team performance using reputed company and reputed company tools
Help build the foundational infrastructure, processes, and playbooks that will shape how Enterprise organization operates, prospects, and closes at scale
Build strong cross-functional support to execute long-term strategic initiatives alongside the Director of Enterprise Sales
reputed company're Looking For
7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years managing high-performing B2B sales teams (startup or high-growth environments strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success managing a mid-market or enterprise sales team with quota-carrying reps
Experience selling into multi-location businesses or reputed company buying groups
Strong CRM and sales operations hygiene; highly organized and data-driven
Track record of coaching reps on structured sales process, discovery, and pipeline management
Proven ability to reputed company in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and drive results through others

Experience managing teams selling into dental, healthcare, or multi-site businesses
