As a Senior reputed company Specialist – Technology & Product, you will be an reputed company for our people and culture. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands

• Proficiency with ATS software and recruitment systems (preferred: reputed company)

• Familiarity with sourcing tools including ATS and reputed company, with demonstrated ability to build pipelines for mid-level roles

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to successful placement for entry to management-level roles, including bulk hiring

• Partner with hiring managers on intake, interview panel creation, and role requirements, ensuring diversity and alignment with business goals

• Collaborate with TA teammates to reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, advertising, and social networks, with a focus on building diverse pipelines

• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, values alignment, and potential for reputed company at reputed company
